Mansa (ZAMBIA) 24/05/2014. Two Salesian Sisters made their final vows today here in Mansa. Sr Dona Mwale (Lusaka) and Sr Caroline Chitenta (Luwingu), took their perpetual vows during the Eucharistic celebration presided by the Bishop of Mansa Right Rev. Patrick Chisanga OFM which took place at Don Bosco Hall. The Provincial of the FMA, Sr Julienne Kayobera and a good representation of the FMA from Zambia and South Africa were also present.
It was a joyful event for the family members of the two sisters who came to witness the ceremony and support their commitment to God. The Daughters of Mary Help of Christians are blessed with many vocations in Zambia and today is another manifestation of this blessing.
