Mansa, 26/12/2014 This year has been a great and successful year for us. We began the school in January and ended the academic year on the 5th of December. The members of staff put in a lot of work to run the school and the students were dedicated to their duties and studies. We lived together as a family and made Don Bosco Secondary School a wonderful place to be. We remain focus on our core duty to provide quality education and we can proudly say, we have done our best. We just did not see the time pass by and the year gone but have tried to make it fruitful and meaningful to every one, we did not spend a day doing business as usual but have tried to make every moment count. Our success outnumber our failures, the list of achievements is longer than the challenges. To mention a few, the training for staff and students leaders in April, commemoration of different International and National celebrations, putting up the second science laboratory, family gathering, preparing and conducting G-9 public examinations, and many others while continuously ensuring that the school is a conducive learning environment. As we end this year we would like to express our gratitude to all who made Don Bosco Secondary School a good family and we resolve to strive for greater things in the coming year.

8MANSA , 04/11/74: The Grade 10 students have been having Science Practical Exercises last week and this week. Natural Science Department have been conducting practical exercises and tests to familiarize students with the use of the science apparatus and practical examination in the real environment.

In Zambia, the performance of students in sciences particularly in practical during examination has not been good in the past years. Through this kind of exercises we hope to turn things around not only produce good results but produce science tines and technicians in the future.
